Craughwell 2.06 Clarinbridge 1.05
An excellent defensive display spearheaded by the outstanding Sarah Mc Cartin ensured that Craughwell continued their winning ways in round 2 of the senior camogie championship in Mullagh last Friday night against near neighbours Clarinbridge. While scores were hard to come by on a heavy pitch the victors worked extremely hard to create opportunities and a never say die attitude overcame some wastefulness in front of the posts to earn a well-deserved 4-point victory. Scorers – Leanne Freaney 1.03, Ciana Reidy 0.03, Sandra Greaney 1.00.
Final group is scheduled for next Saturday at 2pm in Tynagh and is a Top of the Table clash v Eyrecourt.
